When calculating the estimated delivery date for your order, please take into account the following factors:

Handling Time

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will enter the handling process.
  • Handling typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product.

Transit Time

  • Once your order has completed the handling process, it will be shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location.
    • Domestic Shipping (US): Estimated to arrive within 9 business days after dispatch.
    • International Shipping: Delivery may take up to 21 business days, depending on the destination.

Note:
During peak seasons or holidays, such as Christmas or Black Friday, handling and delivery times may experience delays of up to 7 additional business days.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $5.95.
  • Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your total order value.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey to your address.

Tracking Updates:

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update your package information into their system.
  • If no tracking information is available, the carrier may still be processing the parcel. Updates will appear once the package has been scanned into their network.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team for assistance:

  • Domestic Orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipment date.
  • International Orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived after 4 weeks from the shipment date.

5. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs and duties fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary based on the package value and destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.


6. Special Shipping Considerations

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we only ship to a single destination per order. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

  • We can ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
  • Please note that shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 40–45 days for delivery.
  • Tracking updates may be unavailable after the package enters the military postal system due to security protocols.

7. VAT and Taxes

  • We do not charge VAT or other taxes for international shipping.
  • Any VAT, customs, or import duties will be the recipient’s responsibility. For specific rates, contact your local customs office.

8. Modifications or Cancellations

  • After payment, your order will enter a waiting queue for 12 hours before processing begins.
  • During this time, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting us. Once the handling process has started, changes may no longer be possible.
