Order Modifications Or Cancellation
Your order can only be canceled or modified within 04 hours after it has been placed. Once this time has passed, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled. To ensure you choose the correct item, we provide a size chart and detailed product description on each product’s page.
For any cancellation or modification requests, please reach out to our Customer Service at support@teelub.com. Our support team is happy to help you make changes to your order, including size, style, shipping details, color, or quantity.
Defective Item Replacement/ Refund Policy
If you receive a defective item due to Teelub’s error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund. A product is considered defective or significantly flawed under the following conditions:
The item differs greatly from the description or preview you saw before ordering.
The item is damaged due to a manufacturing issue or during shipping by the carrier.
The item you received is not the one you originally ordered.
You do not need to return the defective item. We kindly encourage you to donate it to someone in need or pass it along to someone who can use it. To qualify for a refund or replacement, your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The item must also be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and as it was when first received. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement once the 30-day window has passed.
Procedure For Requesting A Replacement/Refund
To submit a claim, please email us at support@teelub.com and make sure to include the following required details:
Your order number
Photos or a video clearly showing the defective product, along with a description of the issue
For printing errors, please include images that clearly display the problem
For print size or placement issues, add a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photos to show the affected areas
Your complete delivery address
Once we receive your claim, our support team will carefully review it. If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. In rare situations where a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
Processing Duration For Refunds
Since a refund involves reversing your original payment, it will be issued using the same method you used at checkout—such as your credit card or original payment option. This process ensures a fast and secure return of funds.
The timeframe for receiving your refund depends on your bank or card provider and usually takes up to 10 days. If your refund hasn’t arrived, we recommend first checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially appear. If needed, reach out to your bank, as processing delays can sometimes occur. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

For Customer Remorse
If you change your mind, no longer need the item, or simply aren’t satisfied with it, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. As a token of our appreciation, we will issue a voucher for your next purchase. In these cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Acceptable reasons for return include:
Changed your mind
Item doesn’t fit
No longer needed
Ordered the wrong item (size or color)
Return shipping costs reflect the actual rates charged by the carrier. You are free to choose the shipping provider that works best for you and are fully responsible for the item until it is received at our designated return location.
Once your request is approved, we will send your voucher by email. This voucher will be valid for 2 months from the date it is issued.
Required Conditions For Returning Items
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as when they were first received, with no damage or signs of use.
All original packaging, including boxes, UPC codes, bags, or any protective materials, must be included in the return.
Items should still have their original tags, labels, or any accompanying materials in the same condition as when they were originally included.
Items Ineligible For Return
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:
- Return requests submitted beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
Damage to the product resulting from customer carelessness.
- Products returned without first contacting our customer support team.
Items that have been worn or used, even once.
- Products lacking tags, or that have been washed or show wear.
How To Initiate A Return
Prior to initiating a return, please reach out to our customer service team. Often, we can identify an optimal solution to minimize unnecessary shipping, saving you time.
For a quick and efficient warranty process, items must be sent back to our warehouse accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form issued by our Teelub Customer Support team.
Customers are required to follow the instructions and use the shipping address provided in the RMA document, covering shipping costs only if the return is approved by customer support.
Note that returns sent without authorization or not complying with RMA guidelines will be rejected.
The return process involves the following steps:
- Thoroughly explain the problem on the RMA form and include all necessary details.
Submit photos (under 2MB) showing the item in question.
- After evaluating the information from Steps 1 and 2, we will approve a warranty return and inform you by email. Be sure to monitor your email to avoid missing our message. A return label will be provided for your convenience, which must be attached to the outside of the package.
- Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team to send the package.
