At Teelub.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or encounter any issues, we offer returns and exchanges for items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
Returns or exchanges are permitted ONLY for goods that meet the following conditions:
a. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Goods
We are committed to resolving issues where customers receive wrong, damaged, or faulty items, including:
- Products that do not match the description on our website (e.g., wrong items, material, or size).
- Products received in torn, dirty, wet, or hairy fabric condition.
- Products with visible defects in the print, such as blurred or misaligned designs.
- Products with damaged or peeling prints after the first wash.
b. Wrong Size
If the item’s measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide, we will assist with a return or exchange.
c. Non-Fitting Items
For T-shirts and tank tops, we accept returns and exchanges if the item does not fit as expected.
d. Shipping Damage or Error
If the package or items are wrong, damaged, or faulty due to shipping, please:
- Inspect the package carefully upon receipt.
- If the package is visibly damaged, return it to the courier immediately or contact us within 30 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Eligible Products
Products must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return or exchange:
- Products show no signs of use, with neck labels intact.
- Products are in their original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For international orders, support for defective or unwanted items extends to 60 days from the date of delivery.
4. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- Photos of the packaging label.
- Clear photos of the issue:
- For damaged or faulty items, provide images highlighting the defect.
- For wrong size items, include measurements (width and length) compared to our size guide.
- For orders with multiple items, provide photos of all products laid flat, side by side.
Step 2: Verification
We will verify whether your products meet the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges. Once confirmed:
- You will receive either a refund or a replacement.
- Refunds and replacements are processed within 7 business days.
Note:
- There is no need to send the product back unless instructed otherwise.
- Replacements will be of equal or higher value. If the replacement is higher in value, you may need to pay the difference.
5. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior verification are not eligible for support.
- Customers are responsible for additional costs if the replacement product has a higher value than the returned item.
6. International Orders
For international shipments, customs, duties, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
